 le tarte aux beurre  these are homemade ..... a lot better then the store 

 back in the year of 2016 i had made a egg dish with pasta sauce and  cheese  enjoy the year of good foood and wine?

 I had taken the liberty of making cinnamon buns yesterday since it was so hot and humid out yesterday  all of the frosting that i had put on them melted/........

 this was not such a good idea because the instructions had told me to put the rack on the highest point and i had left my dessert in the and look at what had happened....

There is a very quant little bakery that is called la atelier du pain which is located right in magog, quebec  they have brownies with caramel sauce and nuts but there specalite is none other than the choux a la creme or as it is commmonly called the cream puff ..... 

I had went to magog and decided to buy some stuffed tortelloni chicken and pancetta and it was very good here is another picture enjoy …….
